- New station: A new streetcar stop at Highland Drive and Simpson Avenue. Directly in front of Black Cat Comics.

Intersection Upgrade
- Intersection upgrades: New traffic signals and improved pedestrian crossings will be added at McClelland Street, 1100 East, and Highland Drive to make the area safer and help traffic flow better near the new extension.
